Ed Fielding (The Neighbour)

Ed Fielding was born on a naval base in San Diego. He studied sculpture in Philadelphia and had his first solo show at the Electric Gallery in Toronto in 1972. He continues to show his paintings in Toronto to this day and contributed all the paintings and sketches which adorn his character's apartment in Sleep Always.

Ed has been acting on Toronto stages since 1984. Most notable are his six years with DNA Theatre, especially his role as Polonius in an 8-hour Hamlet (1989) and as The Crucified in Sick (1991).
